HOW WILL MY ORDER BE TAXED?
Tax is calculated by the state in which you reside and it is added to the order after shipping is processed.

WHAT CAN I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE ON?
Please note that promotional codes do not apply to sale items.
Slow Fashion: As a slow fashion company, we follow an on-demand production business model. Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your order, which will allow us to produce and ship your order. Items will be shipped via UPS and USPS mail.
We produce in small batches instead of large quantities that lead to waste. You can be sure that what you’re getting is a garment that has been made specially for you instead of something that’s been sitting on inventory for months. We are working to reduce the processing time, while remaining sustainable, in the near future.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working to include international shipping in the near future.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?
In the event your package is lost in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER?
Cancelling an order: You may request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order. Order cancellations requested over 48 hours from order placement will result in a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund.

Editing an order: If your order has yet to be processed, we can still cancel your order or edit your shipping details.
We are unable to combine orders, alter sizes, add or remove pieces, or edit billing details once an order has been placed. However, we can help you cancel your original order and place a new order as long as your order has not yet been processed.
I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OR ITEM BY MISTAKE. HOW DO I FIX THAT?
Since our garments are produced on-demand, to reduce waste, we ask that you please let us know about any changes within 48 hours of placing your order.
