We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Affirm, and PayPal.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE TAXED?
Tax is calculated by the state in which you reside and it is added to the order after shipping is processed.
WILL MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION BE SAFE?
CHABELLA is thoroughly committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your information (credit card, contact, shipping and billing) are kept confidential and safe.
WHAT CAN I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE ON?
Please note that promotional codes do not apply to sale items.
SHIPPING
We're dedicated to packing and shipping your order quickly. Typically, packing and shipping your items takes 1-3 business days. Express orders are shipped the next day.
For in-stock items, please allow 5-7 days to receive your order. For pre-order items, please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your order, enabling us to produce and ship your items.
Slow Fashion and Small Batch Production: As a slow fashion company, we produce our garments in small batches as a sustainable approach to fashion. When you order from us, you get a garment made especially for you instead of something sitting in inventory for months. We aim to reduce the production processing time while remaining sustainable.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working to include international shipping in the near future.

We ship via UPS and USPS mail.
FREE Holiday Shipping 2023: We are offering free shipping on all domestic orders over $100 until December 31st, 2023 11:59 AM EST.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?
In the event your package is lost in transit, please email us at orders@chabellagomez.com, and we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER?
Cancelling an order: You may request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order. Order cancellations requested over 48 hours from order placement will result in a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
Please contact orders@chabellagomez.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Editing an order: If your order has yet to be processed, we can still cancel your order or edit your shipping details.
We are unable to combine orders, alter sizes, add or remove pieces, or edit billing details once an order has been placed. However, we can help you cancel your original order and place a new order as long as your order has not yet been processed.
I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OR ITEM BY MISTAKE. HOW DO I FIX THAT?
Since our garments are produced on-demand, to reduce waste, we ask that you please let us know about any changes within 48 hours of placing your order.
